About the role

Asham Health Pty Ltd is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our growing medical practice in Melbourne. These are part-time  (potential full time) opportunities to be part of a supportive team providing high-quality primary healthcare to our communities.

What you'll be doing (list not exhaustive)

  • providing nursing care and support to patients, including administering medications, performing routine examinations, and monitoring patient progress. Collaborating with other healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Others:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation requirements

Participating in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance your nursing/administrative skills

What we're looking for in a nurse:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification and current AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in a primary healthcare or general practice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing compassionate, patient-centred care
  • Proficiency in using medical software and technology to support efficient patient management
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • ability to use your initiative appropriately
