Job Title: Medical Clinic Support Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated support staff member to join our medical clinic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to multitask.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, including answering phone calls, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in a medical administration role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Working Conditions:
  • This is a part-time position working approximately 6.5 hours per week
