Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable professional to join our team as an
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
on a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role combines providing confidential administrative support to senior leaders with managing the day-to-day operations of our office.
You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange travel, and prepare reports for the Senior Leadership Team. At the same time, you will oversee office facilities, reception, vendor management, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing executive support with operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, and managing multiple stakeholder needs.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to liaise with vendors and manage facilities requirements.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance (desirable).
- A positive, collaborative attitude, a strong customer delivery focus, and commitment to continuous improvement.
