About the role

This part-time Showroom Consultant role at Retravision Commercial offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. As an integral part of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in our Commercial Showroom, as well as maintaining product displays and showroom presentation.

What you'll be doing includes (but is not limited to):

  • Maintain product displays and showroom presentation to the highest standards in the Commercial Showroom
  • Ensure ticket pricing is current
  • Greet and direct customers
  • Answer customers' questions about specific products
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Answer or escalate concerns and enquiries from clients or other stakeholders
  • Restocking of office/showroom supplies
  • Assistance with administrative tasks such as data entry

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a showroom consultant or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
