ABOUT THE POSITION.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, looking to take ownership of their work, contributing to both pre- and post-contract services on high-profile projects. Apply your lifecycle cost-planning expertise in a supportive environment that prioritises professional development.
DUTIES.
- Conduct value engineering and risk analysis.
- Lead and mentor junior members.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ's).
- Provide insightful cost reporting, cost planning and estimations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Proficient in CostX, or similar software.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience across Residential, Commercial, and Education are advantageous, but not essential.
