**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Quantity Surveyor you'll be heavily involved within the Tax depreciation team. You will play a pivotal role in developing the Tax sector alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor. A mentor will be assigned to you in order to help develop your skillset which will enable you to be fast tracked to a Senior position.

**DUTIES.**
- Responsible for preparing residential and commercial tax depreciation reports
- Manage progress claim reports
- Conduct site inspections
- Liaising with key consultants

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience with a consultancy firm
- Minimum 1yrs Quantity Surveying experience
- Australian experience
