
Administrative Manager

We are a busy and fast-growing towing company based in West Ryde, providing 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services across Sydney and surrounding areas. We take pride in being reliable, responsive, and professional. We're now looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch tow jobs to drivers
- Maintain job logs and update internal systems (e.g. Towbook or similar platforms)
- Handle customer service enquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins)
- Liaise with insurance companies, repair shops, and storage yards
- Prepare and send invoices, receipts, and compliance documents
- Manage driver timesheets and assist with payroll prep
- Order office supplies and manage general office upkeep
- Support the business owner and office manager with ad hoc admin tasks
Skills & Experience
- Previous admin experience (ideally in logistics, automotive, or towing industry)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable with fast-paced work and multitasking
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Experience with Towbook or similar dispatch software (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
