Company Description

Bayswater Mazda, a part of Eurokars Group, is the Flagship Dealership located in Bayswater, WA. The dealership showcases the entire New Mazda range as well as a wide selection of pre-owned and demonstrator vehicles. With a strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement, Bayswater Mazda provides the best automotive experience in Perth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service for our customers in the aftersales department and liaising with customers on the status of their vehicle and any work that is required
  • Explain servicing options and process
  • Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
  • Order parts where applicable
  • Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership policies and SOP
  • Efficiently booking customers vehicles in via email, phone or face-to-face. And arranging future service bookings, including mobility requirements.
  • Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt service

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Customer Service and Customer satisfaction skills
  • Strong customer-focused service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in aftersales support
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus however experience in a customer service role is a requirement
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and literacy skills. (Pentana DMS)
