The Company

PCP Solutions is a leading civil earthworks and commercial plumbing business based in Toowoomba with projects across South East Queensland. With over 90 staff, PCP Solutions specialises in large infrastructure works for tier 1 companies whilst maintaining a family focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and equipment.
  • Lead daily project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Manage employees, timesheets, and subcontractor performance.
  • Conduct site inductions, training, and mentoring for team members.
  • Oversee HSE compliance, incident reporting, and environmental standards.
  • Implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and manage non-conformance reporting.
  • Support minor purchasing and project administration tasks.
  • Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction (roads, drainage, and structures), preferably with TMR or local council projects.
  • Strong leadership and site management experience.
  • Knowledge of construction standards, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop staff while maintaining high team morale.
  • Sound knowledge of machine control and GPS.
  • Competencies on machine operations including RII is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and adjust work programs accordingly.

Remuneration is in accordance with the Industry Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) rates
