CIRQ | Assistant Bar Manager
Crown Sydney is looking for its next Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at CirQ.
CirQ has become Sydney's premiere rooftop bar, offering unparalleled 180-degree views of Sydney Harbour, set within an expansive open-air terrace and lounge.
THE ROLE
This role suits an energetic, passionate and service-driven hospitality professional who delivers joyful and elevated guest experiences. To thrive in this role, you'll bring a can-do attitude, a strong focus on customer service and be a supportive mentor to our team.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for daily operations, leading a team of supervisors, coaching and training the bar team and supporting new business initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
- A passion for hospitality and awareness of the latest industry trends
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
- Previous leadership experience in a high-end bar or lounge setting
- Strong and inclusive leadership skills
- Solid product knowledge across food and beverage
- Ability to manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
- A collaborative team player who supports bar and floor operations
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
