WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support and Client Systems Officers to join our Community and Allied Health team working in our Mount Barker site. This temporary part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of vital health services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.

As a key part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality administrative and client system support to staff, clients, and service users. From managing appointments and maintaining records to supporting program delivery and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, your work will help enable better health outcomes for the community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide professional reception and telephone services, ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accurately
  • Deliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing
  • Assist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support smooth program operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace
