Job Title:

Job Type:

Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent and Casual. Onsite with the possibility of hybrid or remote work

Position Overview:

We're inviting expressions of interest from professionals across a range of experience levels, from recent graduates to those with 15+ years of expertise.

We are currently seeking talented and experienced ICT-focussed Project Managers, Program Managers, Project Support Officers, and/or Procurement Professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for defence projects to join our team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Project Managers/Program Managers: Demonstrated success in delivering complex defence projects/programs, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
  • Project Support Officers: Experience in project coordination, administration, reporting, and supporting project teams within a defence context.
  • Procurement Professionals: Expertise in defence procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain within the defence industry.
  • Change Management Professionals: Experience in leading or supporting organisational change, including communication, engagement, and navigating transitions.

Essential Criteria:

  • Applicants must have a minimum NV1 Australian Defence Security Clearance (active or reinstatable) to be eligible for these roles.

Desirable Criteria:

  • ICT Project experience is prioritised.
  • Previous experience within the Australian Defence sector will be highly valued.
