Join Our Team as an OSHC Educator at Inspire Program in Sydney

Join the premium after-school care offering a structured program for children and helping parents across Sydney. 

About the Role: As an OSHC Educator at Inspire Program, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and engaging activities for school-aged children. Your responsibilities will include implementing exciting programs, fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere, and building strong relationships with children and families. Training will be included to ensure you are supported and equipped throughout your time at Inspire. 

Locations include

Terrey Hills Public School

Hours are from

Monday - Friday 

2:30 PM - 6:00 PM (After school care)

7AM - 9AM (Before school care)

Roles Include:

Support Squad ( under 18 - catered to Highschool Students)

Educators ( Above 18 and passionate about working with children)

Responsible Person (Managerial Role. Hold a valid child protection certificate and experience in OOSH)

3-4 days availability minimum

Key Requirements:

  • Have/willing to apply for Working with Children Check
  • Passion for working with children and creating engaging activities
  • First aid certificate (must be obtained within 2 months of working with us)
  • Child protection course (must be obtained within 6 months of working with us)
