senior paging & messaging solution architect
who can facilitate and manage the interactive relationship between the client and operational team.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Work collaboratively with a team of specialists
  • Develop and architect solutions to address customers business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and document business cases, project briefs, conceptual designs, detailed designs, services estimates, bill of materials.
  • Develop and deliver customer presentations at a business and technical level
  • Hands on implementation

Personal Attributes Sought

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Experience working in Health care environment highly regarded
  • Experience with Paging and Messaging platforms such as Newvoice Mobicall, Spok Messenger, ASCOM Durasuite etc.
  • Experience with Windows Server, ESXi.
  • Confident working with Databases - Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL
  • Experience in POCSAG RF Paging infrastructure - transmitters, antennas, pagers
  • Experience with TAP/TNPP/ASCII/SMPP/SMTP/POCSAG/RS232/RS485/QSIG/SIP
  • Some coding/scripting an advantage - C/C++/C#/Python, bash/powershell
