**Your new role**
- Review and send ATO Notices of Assessments to clients including processing payments for clients with fee authority.
- Management of ATO lodgement list including lodgement of deferral requests
- Review, bill and send Annual Company Statements to clients
- Preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms
- Preparation of client invoices
- Process of clearing interims raised for fixed fee clients
- Reconciling job register to APS billing
- Month end rollover of returns
- Management of client details in APS
- Add new timesheet headers on monthly basis
- Setup of new entities through Now Infinity
- Setup of new payment plans through Fee Synergy
- Management of debtors through Fee Synergy including reports to staff for review
- Updating of details on firm website
- Reconcile and reimburse petty cash
- Register and renew business names
- processing of ethical letter for new and existing clients
- Raise invoices in MYOB for sub tenants
- Upload posts across social media platforms
- Office maintenance including liaising with third parties for works required
- Back up reception
- Managing reception
- Bookkeeping for 3 Businesses
- Reconciliations in MYOB and Xero
- Receipting of debtor payments in APS
- Enter creditors in MYOB and Xero
- Process payments for creditors including uploading payment to bank
- Reconciliation of Trust Account in Xero
- Monthly reconciliation reports for Trust Account
- Payroll processing in ADP including setup and termination of employees
- Processing of receipt and rent payment for sub tenant

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Positive attitude
- Previous Experience in an accounting firm
- Solid understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounts
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organisation skills
