The Caboolture Veterans' and Families' Hub is dedicated to welcoming Australian Defence Force Veterans and their families. The Hub provides integrated support to current and ex-service personnel and families.
This is achieved by offering a multiservice suite for Veterans, which may include health and mental health services, well-being support, RSL-based advocacy, employment and housing advice, social connection, and access to counselling and support.
The Hub is operated by Lives Lived Well , a not-for-profit organisation providing support for people in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia with concerns related to mental health, veteran's wellbeing, gambling, alcohol and other drugs and transitioning from corrective services..
About the role
We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to lead the Caboolture Veterans' and Families' Hub on a permanent full-time basis . The salary range is 119,000 – 124,000 depending on experience.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a Hub that delivers person-centred, integrated wellbeing services to veterans and their families. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the wellbeing needs of the local veteran community.
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager – Specialist Services, you'll be responsible for contract and workforce management, , financial oversight, clinical support and supervision and continuous improvement of systems and processes. You will also be part of the team of subject matter experts at Lives Lived Well.

- Ensure the Hub is a safe, warm, and welcoming space that encourages service uptake and supports general wellbeing.
- Coordinate service delivery to improve access to essential health and wellbeing services.
- Oversee clinical support services in line with LLW standards.
- Foster strong relationships with Open Arms, Ex-Service Organisations, and other community-based organisations.
- Lead a high-functioning team and embed LLW values in the team culture.
- Manage resources, contracts, and financial performance to meet agreed outcomes.
- Identify service gaps and develop innovative solutions.
Promote the Hub through networking and stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in this role, there are some essentials you'll need:
- Previous experience managing and coordinating services in a community-based centre.
- Experience working with veterans and their families and/or veteran-focused programs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
