About the Role: 

Join a busy trade environment where you'll serve customers, manage orders, and keep the branch running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer Service: Serve trade customers at the counter and respond to enquiries by phone and email. Prepare quotes, follow up, and assist with aftersales.
  • Drive Engagement: Support customer training sessions and work with suppliers on trade events.
  • Order Processing: Manage customer orders accurately and keep them updated from start to finish.
  • Versatile Duties: Assist with merchandising and re-stocking products.
  • Location: Full-time branch-based role in Caringbah, Monday to Friday.

About You:

  • Previous Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in a wholesale or trade-based environment
  • Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a strong work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude
  • Career-Focused: You're seeking a company where you can grow and build your career
  • Physically Capable: Comfortable handling and moving large products
  • Licenses: Current drivers license
  • Work rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident
