We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and relational HOLA – The Arts, to lead our Arts Department. This is a full time, ongoing position, commencing Term 1, 2026.

About the role: Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will have the opportunity to lead our accomplished and highly experienced Arts Department. As Head of Learning Area (HOLA), you will be responsible for overseeing Drama, Dance, Music, Visual Arts and Media. You will be expected to cultivate constructive and professional relationships with The Arts team, motivating staff to consistently pursue excellence. Furthermore, you will assume responsibility for curriculum leadership, demonstrating proficiency in both operational execution and strategic planning.
