What you'll be doing:
  • Providing personalised support that upholds dignity and independence.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.
  • Encouraging and facilitating skill-building, hobbies, and social connection.
  • Working collaboratively with families, therapists, and the Wholesome team.
  • Advocating for participants so their voices are heard and respected.
What we're looking for:
  • Compassion, reliability, and a genuine belief in inclusion.
  • Experience in disability or community support (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive problem-solver who can adapt with empathy and patience.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and driver's licence.
