Position: Truck Driver – MR/HR (min) Licensed

Reports to:Operations Manager

Based: Rutherford NSW

Tenure: Casual / Temporary Position

General Description:

DTS specializes in the transport of demountable schools throughout NSW. We are seeking experienced drivers willing to operate within a good cultured and growing team environment based out of the Rutherford office

The applicant will ideally have had several years experience driving medium / heavy rigid vehicles.  The applicant should also possess a willingness for a hands-on and flexible approach to what at peak times is a demanding work environment.  The Applicant will be required to work away from home throughout the week. Remuneration will based on an independent contract commensurate with experience with rates based on, or in excess of, appropriate all-inclusive award provisions.

Preferred Requirements:

· Be able to provide recent RMS Driving record 

Willing to work / live away throughout the week.

· General OHS Construction Induction Card

· Physically Fit and willing to commit to a long-term position

Experience with Load restraint 

· Strong Safety focus and Culture

· High Level of Reliability, integrity and loyalty

· Work With Children (WWC) Clearance

· Experience driving in Sydney and surrounding locations

· Working at heights ticket an advantage

· Willingness to work in teams with internal drivers and external subcontractors
