We have an exciting contract opportunity for a
ServiceNow Architect
to lead the end-to-end design of a new ITSM instance.

Please note there is a requirement to be
onsite 5 days per week.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of a new ServiceNow ITSM instance including incident, problem, change, asset and CMDB.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and document technical standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow usage.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and ensure platform security and compliance.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
  • Good understanding of integrations, service graph connectors and integration hub.
  • Proven experience in greenfield deployments of the ITSM and ITOM modules,
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • In depth understanding of Asset Management and CMBD, lifecycle, maintenance and interactions with incident, problem and change while following best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
