About the business
We are a family-owned business with 15 years of operation in the Coffs Harbour area. During this period we have held multiple contracts with BlueScope Lysaght and we deliver steel building products on their behalf. We are a stable employer looking to recruit a long-term permanent employee for an existing vacancy.
About the role
We require a HC driver to deliver steel building products in Coffs Harbour and the surrounding areas.
You will be required to unload steel building products with a truck mounted crane at either our customers sites or their stores. You will also be required to manually unload some of these products as part of the unloading process.
The ideal applicant will have experience driving a Kenworth with a road ranger gearbox and be licensed to operate a Palfinger (or similar) remote operated crane. The crane license is not essential and we are willing to train the right person.
Being physically fit would be an advantage as the role involves manual handling.
The take home wage can range between $1,400 to $1,700 depending on the number of hours worked per week.
