This isn't your average driving position. As an Industrial Services & Liquid Tanker Driver/Operator, you will:

• Command Cutting‑Edge Equipment: Operate advanced vacuum units and industrial cleaning machinery to deliver superior material clean‑up and recovery solutions.
• Be the Field Problem‑Solver: Leverage your ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve on‑site issues swiftly and safely, ensuring every project meets our rigorous quality standards.
• Embrace an Active, Hands‑On Role: Engage in dynamic work involving moving, lifting, and manoeuvring equipment—keeping you active and alert throughout your day.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this specialist role, you should have:

• Obtaining a HR drivers licence (minimum standard)
• Proven experience in driving heavy vehicles
• Waste management industry experience (desired)
• A General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Proven technical acumen and the ability to resolve issues on‑site independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• The physical capability to handle routine moving, lifting (not heavy), and manoeuvring of equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• An unwavering commitment to safety and delivering outstanding customer service.

Bonus credentials (highly regarded but we'll train the right candidate):

• Prior experience as an Industrial Services Operator, High Pressure Water Blasting, or Vacuum Tanker Operator.
• Confined Space, Working at Heights, or High-Pressure Water Jetting Certifications.
• Outstanding applicants without experience are welcome—we'll provide comprehensive training to candidates with potential.
