The Role

As the Front of House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors. You'll manage reception duties, handle day-to-day office administration, and assist with operational coordination to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, suppliers, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and appointment scheduling
  • Support the operations team with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Assist with quoting, invoicing, payroll, employee training, and purchase orders
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, organised workspace
  • Provide general administrative support to management and workshop staff

About You

We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You'll need to be confident in dealing with people both in person and over the phone, while juggling multiple priorities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration or reception experience (manufacturing/trades industry experience an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with welding, fabrication, or construction industries
