Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Salesforce CRM tools, Salesforce cloud, DB workbench, Einstein, reporting, Salesforce testing, SQL, Jira, Agile methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities Expertise in Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. · Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. · Experience in working with Field Service lightning Configuration and Implementation. · Extensive hands-on experience in area of customization, Roles, Sharing Rules, Apex Coding and Migration tools. · Experience on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud features of · Experience in Salesforce Communities setup, Configuration Data security & sharing. · Experience in implementing custom solutions using apex, Visualforce and lighting components to extend salesforce functionalities. · Experience in configuring the security controls for the applications using profiles, roles, organization wide defaults and record sharing etc. · Create Visualforce pages as per business requirements. · Develop, execute, and document test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring thorough validation and issue resolution. · Provide insights and recommendations to improve the business process and ensure compliance with quality standards. · Generic Managerial Skills, If any Ability to work directly and independently with customers · Desired Skills and Experience SQL , Jira Admin

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $178,000.00 – $224,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
