Earthbound Civil is seeking Truck driver/s (minimum HC licence) to join our civil projects teams.

We run small, tight-knit crews working on a wide range of local civil projects, you will be exposed to a variety of different projects varying from building pad and carparks, basement digs, warehouse cut and fill to prep, to grow your skills and keep life interesting.

Working Monday to Friday averaging 50 hours per week. Additionally, we offer penalty rates and daily travel allowances.

What you'll be doing:

  • Complete daily plant pre-starts
  • Carting quarry materials to/from site
  • Removing material from site to dumpsites
  • Mobilising plant & equipment between sites
  • Delivering sandstone and concrete blocks
  • Assist with site preparation, earthworks, and various construction tasks as required
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment
  • Collaborate with the broader construction team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Minimum HC licence
  • Road Ranger gearbox experience (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' truck driving experience
  • Must be reliable, safety-focused & punctual
  • References required — must be contactable
