About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver (HC) to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to our customers, while providing excellent customer service and representing Metroll with professionalism on every job.

This position plays a key role connecting our dispatch team and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete multi-drop deliveries (typically 5–18 per run)
  • Safely unload materials using a Hiab where required
  • Deliver products on time and in excellent condition
  • Maintain clear communication and professional service with customers
  • Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and records
  • Collect goods from suppliers as needed
  • Follow all WHS and company safety procedures
  • Photograph all deliveries clearly for record-keeping

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • HC (Heavy Combination) licence or higher — essential
  • Forklift licence — essential
  • Hiab experience — highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years' experience driving HC vehicles
  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
