Join Our Team as a Receptionist

Are you looking to join a dynamic and caring team in a busy allied health practice? More Than Physio AND Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre, a leading practice specializing in TMJ (Jaw and face pain) and associated conditions, has patients traveling from all across the state to see us. We pride ourselves on creating a caring and relaxed environment for our patients in our modern, beautiful rooms. Our patients are often in pain and under stress, and we frequently receive compliments about our friendly and compassionate team.

About the Role:

  • Shifts: Tue 2:00pm-6:30 PM. Fri 2:00PM - 6:30PM and one in 4 Saturday mornings from 7:30AM - 1:30PM
  • Location: Balaclava Rd, Caulfield North
  • Responsibilities: Reception duties, administrative tasks, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
  • Paid Training: Comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Reception Experience in Healthcare: Preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency with Computers: Must be comfortable using various software.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with patients and team members.
  • Good Problem Solver: Able to handle unexpected situations gracefully.
  • Team Player with a Friendly and Positive Attitude: Contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Ability to Handle Stressful Situations with Grace and Professionalism: Ensuring smooth operations during busy times.
  • Flexibility to Take on Additional Shifts: Willing to help when team members are sick or away.
