About Us

Minnows Early Learning is a beautiful, family‑owned centre, committed to offering a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Our Vision is to support children in their early years through high‑quality, play‑based learning, strong relationships with families, and a passionate team of educators.

We are looking for a teacher (Qualified Early Childhood Teacher) and a Diploma level Educator to lead the under‑3s room in our centre. This is a full‑time position, working directly with infants/toddlers (0–3 years) in our early childhood program.

Our ideal Applicants should have,

  • Experience running a room
  • A warm and welcoming disposition
  • Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF and the NQF.
  • Observe, plan and implement an inquiry-based curriculum approach
  • A strong and effective communicator who is team-orientated.
  • Ability to lead the program creatively and independently.
  • Willingness to identify, plan and engage in professional learning

The candidate must possess

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an equivalent recognised qualification or Diploma of Children's services
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid qualification
  • Knowledge and a passion for children in  the Early Years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full-time availability
