About the Role:

• Be the go-to support for the Centre Director in daily operations
• Champion a safe, inclusive, and joyful space where every child feels seen and valued
• Drive a strong culture of professional learning, collaboration, and critical reflection
• Inspire, mentor, and coach educators to deliver engaging, child-led programs
• Model exceptional practice in early education, relationships, and child safety
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families, educators, and the wider community

We're Looking For Educators Who Have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience as an Assistant Director
• Practical knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework, Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with staff, children, families and communities
• A valid Working With Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training
• A warm, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach
