In the role of Home Lending Executive, you will join a team that's doubling down on customer obsession; we move with speed, keep it simple and win together Each day, you'll go above and beyond to: Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB's home loan possibilities.Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. You'll need: Proven experience in home lending, demonstrating customer obsession in everything you doStrong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.The ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
