Lead UX/UI Designer

Our positive growth journey continues and we're looking for an experienced and proven Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team to deliver integrated digital projects across a number of platforms.

This role is responsible for discovery and design for digital experience and product design projects. Producing great user experience based on human-centred design principles and research while providing a creative and problem-solving approach to user experience.

This role is a senior position in the experience team and works collaboratively to share expertise and knowledge with the wider Juicebox team and being an effective bridge between the strategists and designers.

This role brings a rigorous UX/UI design process into the experience team, taking user journeys through sitemaps, wireframes and into comprehensive design systems and hi-fidelity prototypes.

What you'll need

• A minimum of five years of UX/UI design experience with varying scales of digital experience projects in various industries
• A keen eye for branding and design
• Highly skilled in running client workshops
• Highly skilled in creating strategy-led UX/UI design, and experience in delivering impactful aesthetics
• Skilled in presenting UX concept and UI design to the client
• High attention to detail in creating world-class user experience design
• Competent in creating design systems and prototyping in Figma
• Leadership skills with a growth mindset
• Great communication skills and experience in delivering a positive customer experience
• Awareness of current design, tech and AI trends as they inform digital design.
• Experience with working within an agency environment
• A good understanding and ability to balance business (customer) needs and user needs

Nice to haves

• A good understanding of web technologies, digital marketing tools, and platforms such as SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
• Experienced in mentoring team members
