About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Garden Crew Member to join our team at Flametree gardens' in Sydney, Eastern Suburbs - NSW. As a casual team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beautiful gardens and landscapes we create for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment and contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
  • Assisting with the installation and upkeep of garden features and landscaping elements
  • Transporting and operating gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the work site
  • Working collaboratively with the garden crew team to achieve project goals

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a gardening or landscaping role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
  • Knowledge of various gardening techniques and the ability to operate common gardening equipment
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Own Vehicle is a MUST
  • Own Basic tools to be provided
