The engineering function in Ultra Maritime supports the engineering development lifecycle consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, test and verification in order to deliver systems and subassemblies into projects and products.

These roles are an entry level professional with limited work experience but with applicable education, learning skills to perform engineering tasks under direction and an eagerness to grow.

Successful candidates will have the following personal attributes:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to deliver technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task across a range of engineering activities.
• Proficiency in technical reporting with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use sound problem solving techniques to provide reliable solutions to a variety of problems.
• Ability to make decisions with the information at hand.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally across functional teams to achieve goals.
• Demonstrates behaviours that align with and promote company's values.

These roles require a security clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 0+ years of related experience or a recognised apprenticeship or other experience.
