What could your work involve?

- Working with a government agency to deliver process control systems that control water and wastewater facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking training and development for continuous learning and growth in alignment with the ATSYS Graduate Program.

- Learn about and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Providing fit for purpose and accurate engineering services for projects.
- Identifying and reporting risks and hazards, contributing to the ATSYS safety culture.

About You
We are looking for someone that has:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics/Robotics, Computer Science or Information Technology).
- A growth mindset, open to learning something new and you view mistakes as opportunities to improve.
- Creativity and resourcefulness when facing new challenges.
- The ability to work with uncertainty and ambiguity (which is inevitable at times).
- Reliability, accountability and strong attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication, an eye for formatting and consistency.
- An interest and passion for engineering and the role it plays in a sustainable future.
Why Join ATSYS
- Be part of a supportive and engaging workplace where your contributions matter.
- Connect with others during monthly team lunches and enjoy regular events through our company-funded social club.
- Make the most of flexible work options to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Receive paid parental leave to support you during life's important moments.

Cover Letter
As a key part of your application please upload a cover letter alongside your resume that paints a broader picture of yourself. Please detail your study topics / projects while at university, your hobbies / interests or what makes you tick and share some ways you exemplify some of the characteristics we've listed in About You.
If you use AI, please do so sparingly and in a way that compliments your work, we look forward to hearing from you
What to Expect
We want to ensure that our recruitment process is thorough and fair, giving us the opportunity to get to know you and just as importantly, help you get to know us.
