Your Role

As a Project Manager - Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership – Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
  • Contract & Financial Management– Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost control
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings
  • Site Coordination – Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Safety & Compliance– Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in civil project management

    Bachelor's degree - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Track record managing projects valued between $5M–$50M
  • Expertise in subdivisions, TfNSW projects, and multi-disciplinary civil work
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Mandatory Requirements

  • Driver's Licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction Training)
  • Relevant industry certifications
