Overview

A1 Earthworx is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their results-driven team based in Lake Cargelligo, NSW. The Engineer will report to the Project Manager, supervise employees on the project, and help deliver project outcomes while keeping people safe.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage civil construction projects ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Oversee project documentation including quality assurance and quality control, variation management, and progress claims.
- Provide technical expertise, advise, and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
- Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including project managers, construction managers, and site engineers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil construction, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
- Construction Industry White Card.
