About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Dubbo team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests in the service department
Communicating vehicle symptoms and rectifications
Preparing accurate parts and labour quotes
Handling guest concerns and complaints
Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience in a similar role or automotive background
Strong guest service and presentation skills
Excellent communication and computer literacy
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Valid manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a National Police Check (provided by us)
