About the role

Quest Payment Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Stock control Person to join our team in Hawthorn, VIC. This is a full-time position, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our small store's facility. Predominantly working independently, you would be self-motivated. This is a physically demanding job requiring movement of boxes weighing 20Kg.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods and materials
  • Be familiar with receiving, booking in and transferring stock in an ERP or warehousing system
  • Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the Stores
  • Be responsible for inventory management and cycle counting
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the waste collection for the business
  • Packing and despatching goods
  • Perform additional tasks when required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in stores, warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience operating walkie stacker
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individual with good work ethic
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Proficient in computer usage
