Keystone Healthcare is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and driven individual to join our growing team.

This exciting role involves visiting hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Melbourne. The position requires liaising with healthcare staff to deliver and collect rental medical equipment and, if instructed, to set up equipment at patients' bedsides.

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We are looking for a customer-focused, motivated, and logical candidate who is comfortable making priority decisions and interacting with healthcare professionals.

Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves navigating hospital facilities, walking, bending, stretching, and lifting objects weighing up to 11 kilograms onto a trolley or loading equipment into a vehicle.

At Keystone Healthcare, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality rental equipment services to our clients, helping them provide better care for their patients. We operate year-round, supplying hospitals across Victoria with aids and equipment, focusing particularly on pressure care and patient movement devices for individuals assessed as high risk of falling.

We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working autonomously while still being part of a larger team and who possesses the following attributes:

  • Proficient driving skills, with experience driving large vehicles.

  • A background in customer service, demonstrating effective communication with healthcare professionals and patients in hospitals and aged care environments.

  • The capability to work independently, plan tasks, and adapt priorities throughout the shift.

  • Skills in using a tablet to scan and input hiring details into an online portal, as well as completing daily paper forms.

  • Strong attention to detail to minimise errors.

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OH&S) and manual handling practices.

  • A valid full Victorian driver's license

  • A demerit points check

  • A valid Police Check (conducted within the last three months)

  • A Working with Children Check

  • Proof of 2025 Influenza vaccination or a medical exemption (mandatory requirement)

Full training will be provided to all successful candidates. As Keystone Healthcare expands, there may also be opportunities to transition to other areas of our business. Previous experience in delivering to healthcare facilities or in Patient Transport Services is preferred but not mandatory.
