About the Role

Fernwood Fitness Robina is looking for a motivated and dynamic team member to take on a split role as Personal Trainer/FiiT30 Coach and Membership Consultant. This unique position offers the best of both worlds - the chance to inspire women in their health and fitness journeys through training and coaching, while also supporting them at the very start of their Fernwood experience in a membership consultant capacity.

This role comes with a guaranteed minimum of 25 paid hours per week, giving you stability while you grow and develop your career within our supportive club environment.

What we're looking for

A woman who is:

  • A positive, hands-on motivator with a can-do attitude.
  • Confident with exceptional people skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Qualified with Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current First Aid & CPR.
  • Experienced: at least 1–2 years in Personal Training or coaching roles.
  • Available to work early mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings.
  • Driven to achieve results for members, the team, and herself.
  • Holds current public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
