About You

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide assessment and evidence based psychology services to children and young people. Join our Robina clinic

• Full time opportunity (open to part-time, minimum 3 days).
• Level 2 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award dependent on experience.
• $115,886 - $126,480 ($ $64.01 p/h) based upon skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised psychological therapy services to positively impact behaviour, mental wellbeing and development.
• Conduct assessments (e.g. academic, cognitive, autism), analyse results and report on findings.
• Demonstrate evidence based practice in the delivery of quality individual and group therapy programs for clients and families.
• Work with the young person and their family to continually refine goals and modify intervention to meet the needs of the individual.

Skills and Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
• Full registration as a Psychologist with clinical endorsement with AHPRA.
• At least three years' experience working with children and young people with complex needs including neurodiversity, developmental delays and disability.
• Proven knowledge and experience of a range of evidence based interventions for children and young people.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Other Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Eligibility as a Medicare provider.
• Current driver's licence.
• Legally able to work in Australia and proof of eligibility will be requested.
