Why We Need You:

After huge growth in the last couple of years, we're scaling up again — and we're on the hunt for a SAA (CEC) Accredited Solar & Battery Electrician to take the lead on installations and help guide our crews toward greatness.

If you're a hands-on tradie with a love for solar, leadership, and leaving jobs cleaner than you found them, this role is made for you.


The Role:

  • Lead solar and battery installs from start to finish
  • Represent Advantage Solar onsite with great customer interaction
  • Motivate and manage a team of solar labourers
  • Stay sharp and safe with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Smash targets, earn bonuses, and help us build something big

  • You're a qualified electrician with SAA (CEC) accreditation for solar + battery
  • You know your way around the latest standards and wiring rules
  • You've installed plenty of systems — and always to a high standard
  • You're a natural leader and communicator on site
  • You've got a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a real eye for detail
  • Safety comes first — always
