Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing and Communications Officer, based in Werribee, VIC with some work from home acceptable. The Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, managing and creating content for digital and print media, coordinating public relations activities, and supporting fundraising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include content creation, social media management, drafting press releases, and maintaining the organization's website.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing and Communications strategy development
  • Skills in Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Website Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Public Relations and Writing Press Releases
  • Ability to support fundraising campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is an advantage
