As a Legal Assistant for the firm, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the firm as an Administration and Legal Clerk and the position offers an opportunity to be part of a thriving boutique firm in a great location.

Position Description

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Experienced legal professional with expertise across, Wills and Estates, litigation, conveyancing, and commercial law.

  • Attend to enquiries received via email, website, phone or in person in accordance with our approved office intake procedures

  • Operate our electronic deeds register
  • Work co-operatively with other intake team members
  • Assist in administrative and legal tasks as directed including drafting fee disclosure statements
  • Utilise LEAP software system to its full potential to improve workflow efficiency

  • Solid skills in Leap Legal Software, PEXA, Outlook, Xero accounting
