About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager / Project Co-Ordinator to join our team on an exciting Digital Transformation program. This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise in delivering digital initiatives and hands-on experience in the Health Insurance domain. You will play a key part in driving project activities, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders, and supporting the overall success of our IT transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives within the health insurance domain.

• Assist program director in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, vendors, and external partners.

• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Contribute to process improvement and adoption of best practices across the program.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working on Digital Transformation projects (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of processes, systems, and workflows in the Health Insurance industry.

• 3-5 years' experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Co-Ordinator, or similar role.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in data migration, system upgrades, or regulatory compliance projects.

Please Note: This role requires you to work from the client office 3 days a week (Sydney CBD)
