Job Description:
As a Full-Time Retail Associate, you'll be a key part of our team delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and helping bring the By Barny brand to life both in-store and online. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves connecting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and positive in-store experience
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and offer styling advice where needed
  • Assist with stock handling, inventory, and restocking
  • Help ensure the store is tidy, organised, and visually aligned with the By Barny aesthetic
  • Process sales through POS and handle customer enquiries efficiently
  • Support visual merchandising and in-store displays
  • Be involved in content creation — from helping shoot Reels and stories, to featuring in try-ons or behind-the-scenes clips
  • Work closely with the team to share brand messages and promote new arrivals online

About You:

  • Previous retail experience (fashion /jewellery preferred but not essential)
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • A genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, styling, and current trends
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera for social media content
  • Interested in content creation and brand storytelling
  • Able to work effectively in a team and take initiative when needed
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability, including weekends and peak trade periods
