We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Embroidery & Retail Assistant to join the team and manage the in-house design department.

Our in-house designs bring innovation to one of the most demanding industries where the function must meet durability and safety.

Our continued growth means there are great opportunities to develop your design, retail or sales career through our well-established training programs, you can quickly progress to other parts of the business.

What are we looking for:

  • Independent, self-starter who can prioritise tasks with minimum supervision
  • Experience in sewing or embroidery would be ideal
  • Experience with embroidery machines is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Relevant computer skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales advice
  • Maintain excellent store presentation
  • Ensure a safe working environment

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in embroidery environment preferred
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, at min 1-year experience.
  • Experience using a POS system
