About You

You're a talented and highly experienced hands-on strategist in leading paid media platforms in an agency environment. You're not only great on the tools (and enjoy this part of your role), but you're passionate about where things are heading. You naturally bring others along for the journey.

You are equally comfortable working on eCommerce as well as lead generation campaigns, and you not only do excellent work, but you help grow others, as well as find new opportunities for even the best-performing campaigns.

You're a technical person who loves spending a good portion of your time on the tools on your own accounts, but you also get a buzz out of solving challenging campaign issues with colleagues and working directly with clients and other stakeholders to add value.

Bonus points for experience managing media publishers and partners to develop tailored, multichannel strategies that reach beyond mainstream platforms.

About The Opportunity

In this role, you'd be:

  • Joining a team of 10 genuinely talented search, social & programmatic specialists (the entire Rocket team is around 55 people).
  • Reporting directly to our Head of Digital Media.
  • Spending most of your time doing what you love, adding value to prospective, existing and new clients through diagnosis, strategy, recommendations, and expectations management.
  • The rest of your time would be spent learning new skills & methodologies.
  • There is a real opportunity to make your mark in this role and grow within the agency.
