stream. We are seeking to engage skilled professionals with Defence or Defence industry experience to join our permanent workforce and support complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

Downer Professional Services
is comprised of three business units - our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer, which partners with CASG and NSSG as a major service provider to Defence. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.

We're interested in hearing from professionals with experience aligned with the below roles:

• Defence Systems Engineers(V&V, T&E)
• Communications or Electronics Systems Engineers
• Naval/ Land/Aerospace Systems Engineers
• Cyber Systems Engineers
• Combat Systems Engineers
• Integration and Test Engineers

What You'll Bring

Previous experience ideally within the Defence or consulting services industries.

• Proven experience working in Land, Communications, Navy, Space or other Defence sectors
• Experience with Validation and Verification (V&V), Test and Evaluation (T&E), System Design, Safety Engineering and/or systems concepts and specifications
• Strong engineering experience in a hands-on role as well as ability to consult and lead projects
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and stakeholder management
• Qualified/certified Engineer or holding an equivalent engineering qualification

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum
Negative Vetting 1
or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
